About 2 years ago I got to go on a trip of a life time to London,UK.I had a wonderful time while I was there, but then when I tried to get home that was another story. I was suppose to leave on Friday at 2:15pm from london to philly, PA and from philly,PA to home in Dallas,Tx. Well, while I was waiting to board the flight in London there were rumors going around the other passengers that the philly airport had been shut down because of snow. Well, after hearing this I kindly went up to the ticket counter and ask if the airport in philly was shut down. They said no everything was up and running. So I got on my flight for 12 hours and landed in philly. I got off the plane went through customs after customs there was this area where you drop off your luggage to put on your connecting flight. There off to the side was a women with US Airways that had a list of flights, she said my flight was still good to take off(when I hear this I start getting worried), but I went on my way to get to my connecting flight. While walking I realize I have about 30 minutes to sprint across the airport to get the next flight. So I asked the driver of those little cars they have in the airport if she could take me to my gate, she said honey have you looked at the board, and I ask why I, the women told me that a lot a flights were being cancel, I told I know my flight was still suppose to take off, basically and the end of this she was not going to take me to my gate so I ran across the airport trying to get my gate. When I reach the gate there was a line from the ticket corner and no one was baording the plane.I thought that was odd, maybe thought were maybe there was a delay in the flight. So I stood in line and after 10 mintues I asked the person in front of me if I our flight was delayed the person told me NO the flight had been cancelled and the airport had been shut down until the next day.I started getting mad about that point, after calming myself down I sat in line for about 2 hours when finally I reach the ticket counter. I tell the agent that I trying to get dallas tx, while she looking on her computer I asked her how long the airport has been shut down for she said since 1:00am that MORNING OMG.I could have stayed in london and got a hotel room.In her nice words I could not get a flight out until that monday with a 10 hour layover in charlotte before taking a flight to get to Dallas Tx.I asked if there was anything else ava she said no.So now I have a flight now I need a hotel room. So I use a pay phone and found out that all the hotels for friday night were sold out and the soonest I could get into a room was the next night. So friday night instead of sleeping in a nice bed I got to sleep at the airport. How nice.NOT.Well, the next I wait around until I could leave to check in. Now the day before they told everyone who check in luggage could pick up there luggage in baggage claim since it was not going any where. I kindly asked the agent(who booked me for my new flight)if I could I wait until the next when I leave to go to my hotel if I could pick up my luggage then. The agent said that was perfectly fine. So when I get ready to leave to go to my hotel I go to baggage claim to pick up my luggage, US Airways says sorry my luggage has been already sent to Dallas TX. Now I have no clothes for the next two days and the airlines want give me a voucher for new clothes or food or a hotel(luckly I had travel insurance). So I had to have my parents wire me money to go into Philly to a mall to get clothes for the next two days. Now before I left for the mall I decdied to go to customer serivce to see if I could get sooner flight out to home. When I approach the customer serivce there was no one at the counter. After waited in a long line not moving for about 30 mintues and finally an agent shows up. A cx approaches the desk all of the sudden there is harsh words exchange and the cx flings a postcard at the agent. The agent storm
